Kimmel & Associates Launches Architect Division
to Serve Growing Market

Asheville, NC - Kimmel & Associates, the leading
search firm in the construction industry, has announced the formation
of an Architect Division. In fact, the addition of this new division
was forced by industry growth.
Says Charlie Kimmel, the COO at
Kimmel & Associates: “Architectural
firms were expressing a need for some assistance at a time when
we were seeing an increasing effort from our consultants to approach
this market. We concentrate on every segment of the construction
industry, so transitioning consultants to focus solely on Architects
was inevitable. Now we’ll just drill more deeply in architecture
than we have previously.”
Rich Weinman, a consultant at Kimmel & Associates who works
exclusively with Architects, further explains the evolution of
the new group. “We’ve been talking to architects
for 25 years, consulting with them, learning from them, even
advising them. The shift to thinking of these companies as clients
for whom we work was easy; their demand made it so. We’re
meeting with great enthusiasm from Architectural firms who are
booming and need our expertise in finding the best talent.”
Kimmel works nationwide to serve clients in architecture, presenting
