Kimmel & Associates Focuses Search Services on Infrastructure
February 28, 2009 -- Asheville, NC - As President Barack Obama’s massive stimulus package begins to pump federal funds into countless infrastructure projects around the country, the hope is that construction, one of the industries hit hardest by the recession with 600,000 jobs lost through January 2009, will pick back up.
To that end, Kimmel and Associates has introduced a formal program which urges every consultant within the company to focus their efforts on the federal infrastructure push. This “Focus on Infrastructure” is a program designed specifically to identify the strongest performers on infrastructure projects.”
Whether a company needs help finding that person who can help it acquiring work or is scrambling to bring in the right personnel to run their projects, Kimmel and Associates will be uniquely prepared to offer solutions to the industry.
Charlie Kimmel, President of Kimmel and Associates, believes the consultants are ready to assist their clients in this pivotal time: “The concentration on infrastructure will allow the associates here to play to their strengths: we know many outstanding companies and professionals working in the construction of schools, hospitals, highway and bridges, military bases, water and wastewater, and other public works.”
With a research team of six individuals dedicated only to identifying every possible public works project and finding every qualified public works professional, Kimmel is positioning itself to be able to deliver quickly when the projects themselves start.
With one hundred consultants on the phones making a million-plus calls a year, Kimmel strives to know the landscape well and interpret subtle shifts in the markets before they become trends.
“We don’t expect trouble, but we strive to be very knowledgeable about our marketplaces, and the market is telling us to be prepared for an influx of public works.”
And Kimmel will be prepared to assist the companies that are ready to act.
“We’re uniquely prepared to help, with advice and with a roster of the very strongest infrastructure candidates in the country.” Adds Kimmel: “In fact, exactly the kind of bright men and women who will insure that the country will bounce back, just like we always do.”
