Alan Kerschen

Director of Employee Relations & Human Resources

Alan began his career at Kimmel & Associates in 2009.

He served as Director of Programs until 2017, when he was promoted to Director of Employee Relations and Human Resources.

Prior to joining Kimmel & Associates, Alan worked with ConstructionJobs.com as Sales Manager.

He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas.

Alan lives in Asheville with his wife. He enjoys spending time with his family.
