Joanne began her career at Kimmel & Associates in 2007, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience in recruiting and sales. She served as a Senior Recruiter in the General Construction Division, also specializing in the disaster restoration industry. In 2022, Joanne began working as an Administrative Assistant, utilizing her exceptional organization and communication skills.

She earned a BA in marketing from Pace University.

Outside of the office, Joanne and her husband enjoy many varieties of music and art throughout the Asheville area and spend time with their pets in their quiet mountain home.
