Quillan Manning

Recruiter

Quillan joined Kimmel & Associates in 2024 as a Recruiter in the general construction and Division 13 — special construction sectors in the Northeast.

Previously, Quillan served as a Sales Intern with Kimmel & Associates from 2017 to 2018. He then grew his career with contracting/carpentry, sales, and finance experience in the construction and automotive industries. He earned a degree in Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.

Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

We sat down with Quillan and asked him the following:

• What do you like most about working at Kimmel & Associates?
  One of the best things about working for Kimmel & Associates is the sense of belonging — feeling that you are a true part of the family and not just another employee.
• What is your greatest strength in your role?
  Being able to connect with people in any situation has been one of the greatest strengths I have and has helped me tremendously in my work.
• Favorite book?
  Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter.
• Personal interests?
  I am a big fan of soccer and cheer for Manchester City. I also enjoy volleyball, football, and any outdoor activities!
