We sat down with Ryan and asked him the following:

  • What do you like most about working at Kimmel & Associates?
I like working with a team that is so dedicated to the mission of helping others reach their career goals and find fulfillment in their professional lives.
  • What is one thing you learned early in your career that has made you successful?
One thing I learned early on is that people recognize and respond to authenticity. Relationships work best when I'm sincere and present in my time with others.
  • What is your greatest strength in your role?
I think my greatest strength is that I can talk to anyone, and usually will, if nobody stops me.
  • What can clients and candidates expect from you?
Clients and candidates can expect hard work, honesty, and the highest level of service.
  • What makes you different from other recruiters in your industry?
I want to make the best possible match, in every single instance. My goal is to help companies and candidates find their “wish list” situation, which is more work than other recruiters might put in, but getting the best fit is worth it to me.
  • Do you have a favorite quote?
“In every battle there comes a time when both sides consider themselves beaten, then he who continues the attack wins.” – Ulysses S. Grant
  • What causes are you passionate about?
I'm passionate about helping those experiencing poverty, literacy education, and fatherhood.
