Vijay began his career with Kimmel & Associates in 2023 as an Associate in the Mechanical & Electrical Division.

Prior to joining Kimmel & Associates, Vijay spent more than 20 years in the restaurant industry, serving as a CEO, executive chef, operations manager, sommelier, and consulting executive. His background in financial management, direct sales, multi-unit operations, business growth, and development contribute directly to his success in his current role.

Outside of the office, Vijay enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

We sat down with Vijay and asked him the following:

• What do you like most about working at Kimmel & Associates?
  Being surrounded by a group of people who are all very driven and competitive, yet humble, ingratiating, and genuinely caring.
• What is one thing you learned early in your career that has made you successful?
  Success comes from a lot of hard work, not luck, and a genuine desire to be the best at whatever you do.
• What is your greatest strength in your role?
  My desire to make people’s lives better and the fact that they can rest easier knowing that I will give 100% to make it happen.
• What can clients and candidates expect from you?
  I will work harder than everyone else to make the best match of client and candidate. I believe that longevity and strong relationships work hand in hand and grow exponentially over time.
• What makes you different from other recruiters in your industry?
  I want to be here for both clients and candidates — not just for their current needs, but to help them for years to come with the same care.
