Job Description:
The Senior Electrical Project Manager / Director of Construction is responsible for the daily operations of the project management team, managing budgets, schedules, contract reviews, development of relationships w/ employees, vendors and business partners.
• Required: 10 years minimum experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager in the Electrical Installation Construction Market.
• Candidate must be Very Bright and Witty with a Strong command of the English language.
• Must be Extremely Driven with Great Management skills.
• Salary Range – $150k to $250k (+/- DOE)
• Company vehicle or allowance included.
• Company benefits – Company Paid Health & Dental (90% at start / 95% at 5 yrs. / 100% at 10 yrs.), 401k (4% match), 4 weeks PTO.
• Includes private office in very professional and modern facility w/ Laptop and cell phone.
